New York treats mold removal a lot like asbestos when it comes to remediation. Mold spores can range from mild irritants to outright deadly. We follow strict containment procedures when it comes to making sure your whole home doesn't become contaminated from a small infected area.

One of our certified mold techs will come to your home to identify the scope of the job that will have to be performed. We work closely with Industry professionals to create the scope before any work is to be performed. the scope is created by a third party to ensure an unbiased and thorough reporting of what needs to be done.

What Follows

Armed with specially designed containment equipment, we block off all unaffected areas of the home with wall to wall and floor to ceiling plastic barriers, ensuring an air tight seal. we install zippers to move in and out of the area to ensure proper containment, setting up negative air to ensure no air from the affected area gets into your home.

We then remove any affected material (drywall, carpeting, wood, etc.) and put it into double bagged bins to ensure no splits when removing the material from the home. We have a wide array of cleaning agents ranging from fungicides, sporicides and both to properly remove any staining on structural elements, effectively killing any remaining mold spores that would be able to grow again. this process is thorough and applied by experienced mold remediation certified technicians.
